EA洛杉矶今天正式公布了《红色警报3》的游戏包装封面，这个图案设计其实我们之前就已经看到过了，但还是有些小小的惊讶，“三人行”（其中一“人”实际上是一只熊）风格彻底替代了westwood时期的MR.Face，另外封面的所有内容都围绕着苏联和他们的军事单位展开的，可见红色警报系列的主角依然是“镰刀斧头”（尽管剧情总是以盟军为正统）……也许EA洛杉矶会采用将军的包装盒设计思路，也为盟军和旭日帝国分别制作一款包装盒。 
另外，EA洛杉矶再次表示《红色警报3》将在今年暑假发布，具体日期不祥，从国外多家购物网站查询的消息看，上是日期可能在10月23日-28日之间。EA洛杉矶同时列出了游戏的基本特性：
